Jon Edwards

Jon started dj'ing at the ripe age of 17 when he purchased his very own pair of Technics and got bitten by the dj bug. After spending all his spare time behind his ones and twos he soon mastered the art of mixing and it became evident that he had a talent that he wanted to share it with everyone. Like most dj's he battled hard to get his break and found himself getting gigs in many bars across the Capital. He made his club debut at Luvely Lite which was held at Wilkie House in Edinburgh.

After that night finished he went back to his roots playing in bars, that was when he got spotted by the Flaunt team and after making a few guest appearances they quickly asked him to take up a residency at Flaunt. He has been with the team for nearly 4 years now and has been found to a real crowd pleaser and has provided support to many of the world's finest dj's.

He also took centre stage with Tommy Gallo at the home of Miss Moneypenny's playing alongside Jim "Shaft" Ryan and Howard Donald. He also starred at Flaunt's Strictly Frisky nights and soon after that Luvely come calling and offered him a residency within their funky room @ the Liquid Rooms. So It Is also offered Jon a residency when they knew exactly what he could do behind the decks.

He has played alongside many of the big named DJ’s such as Bob Sinclar, Moto Blanco, Freemasons, ATFC, Seamus Haji, Jason Herd Graeme Park, Alistair Whitehead to name a few.

Next for Jon is getting into the studio to work on tracks for the Flaunt record label as well as making guest appearances across the country.
